Who is responsible

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, the project type you choose and your message. The form also sends a security token from Cloudflare Turnstile so we can tell people from bots.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Where it goes
Messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend (email delivery) and a copy is kept in an Upstash Redis database in the EU so an enquiry is not lost if email fails. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the submission for abuse.
How long we keep it
The stored copy is deleted automatically after 180 days. Emails in our inbox are kept as long as the conversation needs them.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and do not identify you personally. This site sets no tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to hello@mtic.digital. You may also complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP).
